The exchange shall be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product shall be in good condition and the product packaging has not been opened. The customer shall bear all shipping and delivery costs, which amount to 50 riyals (the round-trip cost).

If the customer ordered the order and did not receive it, the customer will bear all shipping and delivery costs, which are 25 riyals.

If the customer wants to return the product within 72 hours of receipt because it is not suitable and the product packaging has not been opened, he will bear all shipping and delivery costs, amounting to 50 riyals (the cost of going back and forth), and the amount will be refunded after ensuring that it has arrived in good condition.
